Here is an actually conversation I had with a PARENT yesterday...Me: What is your son's name? (Looking to be able to pull up his payment history). Parent: Joe... NOTHING ELSE! Really?? Like we don't have 150 Joe's among our 6500 students! And forget about them offering you any information that would make it easier to help them..I feel like I am pulling teeth every second trying to figure these people out! I had a cubicle at my last job and a work bench in a garage at my job before that but never an office where I could put my pens and calculator wherever I wanted. Even at my current job if my boss comes in early he will rearrange my area to his liking. Of course i will change it back but all this means is the space isnt mine. or that my boss is an idiot. either way keep us posted on the completion of the work space so i can live my dreams vicariously through you.
