As a New Englander, I LOVE Kuwaiti winters. My parents called on Sunday saying it was snowing so I'll take the dry cold anytime. By the way, this winter has been colder than most and we've had the least amount of rain ever recorded. Once you get your apartment and car, you'll find there are a lot of interesting things to see and do. The shopping alone is spectacular. I don't know if you've heard about it but there's an acting group in Ahmedi called "<a href="http://www.theklt.com/" rel="nofollow">Kuwait Little Theatre</a>".
